Good location, very beautiful area, not far from Roan mountain or Linville gorge, and nearly everything: carpet, chairs, sheets, pillowcases. Variety of great food. Accommodating and incredibly nice staff with good manners.

They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed and that I was comfortable during my stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed. I especially appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the convenient location of the hotel, which was close to all the attractions and restaurants in town. it was a wonderful and hassle-free experience.
There were a few areas where the hotel could improve. I was disappointed to find that breakfast was not provided.
